Coaching for Teenagers and adults

We are pleased to be able to offer both online and in person ADHD and Autism Somatic coaching sessions for teenagers and adults.

Francesca Melluzzi is an experienced ADHD coach and mentor, Somatic coach, yoga instructor, and trauma and mental health practitioner with over two decades of expertise. Specialising in nervous system regulation, she creates a safe and comforting environment to support both the emotional and physical well-being of her clients.

Francesca has experience working with a variety of issues including:
• Neurodivergent (ADHD, autism) teenagers and adults
• Somatic symptoms such as headaches, digestive problems, pain/mobility issues
• Anxiety

Francesca’s Approach:

Francesca’s coaching style seamlessly integrates self-regulation tools, practical learning, psycho-education, and self-compassion. Her sessions are interactive, allowing clients to engage actively in applying practical tools for self-regulation, all grounded in a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. Drawing from her diverse roles at the Oxford ADHD Centre, The Abingdon Bridge mental health charity, Autism Champions, and Camp Mohawk, Francesca employs body-based interventions to aid emotional regulation, particularly for individuals dealing with overwhelm and anxiety.

Personal Insight:
With lived experience of ADHD and dyslexia, Francesca brings a unique empathy and practical insight to her practice. This personal understanding enriches her ability to connect with and support her clients on a deeper level.
