Arthur Latcham joined the Oxford ADHD & Autism Centre in 2024 as a Secretary/Administrator. Arthur has a BA in Combined Studies: Intercultural Communication and Learning with Japanese.
Arthur is deeply passionate about disability rights and equality and has previously contributed to various NHS-led focus groups and grass roots activism campaigns, as well as being a vocal disability advocate with a specific focus on disabled members of the LGBTQ+ community.
With a lifelong fascination with global languages and culture, Arthur has worked as a freelance proofreader, editor, and translator, as well as spending more than ten years as a teaching assistant in special needs education. They are a hobby writer of fiction and poetry, and especially enjoy collaborative storytelling.
Arthur has personal experience of ADHD and Autism Spectrum Conditions and is determined to ensure that neurodiverse voices are heard, and that patients are informed and active in all aspects of their care. They pride themselves on delivering conscientious, person-centred service, and navigating challenges with compassion and a sense of humour.
