Danielle Cudjoe-Michalski is an ICF Associate Certified Coach and specialist neurodiversity coach. At Oxford ADHD and Autism Centre, she supports clients referred for coaching following a neurodevelopmental diagnostic assessment.
Danielle holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Neurodiversity Coaching from Birkbeck, University of London. Her work is grounded in specialist academic training, evidence-informed practice, and a neurodiversity-affirming approach.

She supports clients to explore how they think, work and navigate everyday life. Areas of support may include understanding and adjusting to assessment outcomes, communication, decision making, emotional regulation, planning, overwhelm and self-advocacy.
Before specialising in neurodiversity coaching, Danielle spent more than 20 years working in science and project management within the pharmaceutical industry.
