Dr Rachael Rattlidge is a Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with over a decade of experience supporting children, young people, and their families. She has extensive experience in assessing and treating a wide range of mental health difficulties, including anxiety disorders, low mood, and other emotional and behavioural challenges.
Rachael has a particular interest in autism and has significant expertise in conducting autism assessments. She is passionate about providing autism-friendly care and adapting her approach to meet the individual needs of each child and young person. Her aim is to help families develop a better understanding of their child's strengths, challenges, and support needs, while ensuring that children and young people feel comfortable and heard throughout the assessment and treatment process.
Since joining the Oxford team in 2021, Rachael has enjoyed working alongside a highly skilled and experienced multidisciplinary team that is dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care. She values working collaboratively with families to achieve the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
