Grace O’Leary

Grace O’Leary

Grace O’Leary previously obtained a degree in Fine Art from Crawford in Cork City, Ireland, where she specialised in creating books exploring mental health topics such as anxiety and depression.

Before joining the Oxford ADHD Centre, she spent 13 years working with Boots UK and Opticians in a variety of management positions, where she developed strong skills in organisational management, health and safety, healthcare, HR, and team leadership. During this time, she also achieved her NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Dispensing.

Grace has been part of the Oxford ADHD Centre since 2023, where she leads the administration team, coordinates clinician availability, manages team schedules, and oversees clinic operations. She also supports the Practice Manager with operational, governance, and HR responsibilities.

Alongside her professional background, Grace brings personal insight into neurodivergence, which informs her work with empathy, understanding and a thoughtful, person‑centred perspective.
