Mandy Cresswell

Mandy Cresswell qualified as a Mental Health Nurse in 1999 and has since gained extensive experience within the NHS. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with patients diagnosed with ADHD, including roles in forensic nursing and substance misuse prescribing. In 2014, Mandy became a qualified non-medical prescriber, further advancing her expertise in the field.

In 2018, she assumed the position of ADHD Clinical Lead Nurse at a high-volume adult ADHD clinic in South Yorkshire. During this time, she completed the UKAAN training, which enabled her to diagnose and provide safe treatment for ADHD in adults. Mandy is committed to delivering evidence-based, high-quality care, with a particular emphasis on developing a strong therapeutic alliance with her patients.

Additionally, Mandy manages a team of ADHD nurse practitioners, providing regular clinical supervision to ensure best practice standards. She has a special interest in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and in 2023, she completed the DISCO training, which accredited her to diagnose Autism.

Mandy has worked with the centre since 2021 and offers remote appointments for initiation of ADHD medication and follow-up reviews.
