Willbroad Chimwaza

Willbroad is an experienced Specialist Mental Health Nurse and ADHD Assessor with a broad background across NHS and independent mental health services. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Mental Health Nursing and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Hospital and Health Services Management.

Throughout his career, Willbroad has worked across adult mental health, CAMHS, psychiatric intensive care, inpatient and community services. He has extensive experience assessing individuals presenting with ADHD, autism and a range of complex mental health conditions.

Willbroad has completed specialist ADHD Assessor Training. He takes time to listen to each person's experiences and understand how their difficulties have affected them throughout their life. He aims to create a relaxed and supportive environment where people feel comfortable sharing their experiences and feel genuinely heard and understood.

Alongside his ADHD work, Willbroad has held senior clinical and leadership roles across a range of mental health services. He is committed to delivering compassionate, person-centred assessments and developing a strong therapeutic relationship with each patient.
